March 1st Bradford Beer Festival


Bradford Beer Festival will be returning to the Victoria Hall, Saltaire from February 28 – March 2, 2019. They’ll be pouring over 130 beers, 20 ciders, perries & fruit wines plus a wide selection of draught and bottled international beers.

March 1st Manchester Irish Festival


The 2019 Manchester Irish Festival will start on Friday 1 March and run until St Patrick's Day itself on Sunday 17 March. Events include a parade, comedy nights and family fun days.

March 1st Fairtrade Wine and Cheese Evening

Held at Playhouse 2 in Oldham, Manchester the event celebrates Fairtrade fortnight with a sampling of Fairtrade wines from around the world and local cheeses.

 

March 5th Shrove Tuesday

March 31st Mothers Day

Mother’s Day is traditionally one where the family go out to eat to give Mum the day off cooking. While it might not be just the mothers cooking anymore the tradition of going out for a meal is still a popular one.
