This pan has been designed specifically with professional chefs in commercial kitchens in mind. It will last the rigorous use and heats expected in a professional kitchen and will become a staple in your kitchen.
What Is A Sauteuse Pan?
Sauteuse is the French term for frying pan. A Sauteuse pan is used for simmering, reducing, searing, sauteing and frying. The stable handle makes it easy to pour and transfer liquids from this pan to other pans, or plates.
The sloping slides distinguish it from other pans and regular saute pans, ensuring it stands out in a busy kitchen. The unique shape also allows you to simmer soups, deep-fry, reduce sauces, and sear.
The pans are ideal for slower roasting and extracting the most flavours possible from your ingredients.
Why Choose Our Sauteuse Pan?
Cooksmill boasts an impressive brand of pans and kitchenware, for everything you could possibly need.
Our Sauteuse pan is made from 18/4 stainless steel, which is mostly corrosion-resistant and stain-resistant. This is ideal for commercial kitchens that would see frequent use of the pan on high heat.
Our pan is also suitable for induction, gas and electric cooking, making it a reliable and go-to pan, regardless of your cooking methods.
The pan has a strong riveted handle. This is where small pieces of metal are crushed into position between two harder pieces of the metal, resulting in riveting that holds the metal together. This ensures the utmost security when moving and using the pan, which is ideal for a Sauteuse pan that would be handled and used frequently.
How To Clean Your Sauteuse Pan
Due to the stainless steel material, the pan is dishwasher safe. It can be washed with other cookware.
It is recommended that you dry your pan before storing it, to keep it in the best condition.
