Pastry brushes are a must have for bakeries, restaurants and cafes that regularly bake fresh goods from scratch. This Pastry Brush is great for smaller bakes, due to the 36mm size in width. The brush can be used for various projects e.g. to add delicate glazes to cakes and cookies, to put an egg wash, sugar glaze, salt glaze, or melted butter on pastry and even used whilst candy making.
Soak the brush in warm water before using it, this helps to prevent the bristles from shedding. After you've used the brush, rinse it thoroughly with hot water and allow it to air dry. The brush's handle has a hole at the end, allowing you to hang it up when it's not in use, saving storage space. The ergonomic brush is also easy to hold and comfortable for long periods of use, a bonus for bakers and venues that find themselves regularly baking large batches of baked goods. To clean use warm soapy water.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
