Protect your packages with this black shrink wrap.
These rolls are typically used by hand or placed into a dispenser to aid with application. Once wrapped around your item, the film will begin to adhere to itself, forming a protective barrier against dust, debris, and even the weather! Shrink wrap is designed to be pulled tightly against your parcel or pallet, shrinking and tightening to offer a strong outer covering to prevent objects from moving about whilst in transit.
Our black film has a 25-micron thickness, making it stronger than standard pallet wraps and better suited to challenging situations like covering an irregularly shaped pallet or wrapping pointy/protruding objects.
Keep this in your dispenser for when you need it or alternatively, house it in a cupboard near your warehouse pick-up/drop-off where staff can easily find it ready to deliver a package to your waiting customers.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
