The 13” Aluminium Pizza Disc is a must-have piece of pizza equipment for any restaurant, pub, or cafe looking to add pizza to their menu.
The pizza disc can be used as a cover to aid the rising and proofing of your dough whilst it is in the pan, stacked upon one another, you can prove more than one dough at a time saving time and effort after the food preparation stage. If you’re going to use the disc for this method, make sure the disc you purchase is around 2”/50mm larger than the base of your pizza pan.
After the dough has risen, the aluminium pizza disc can also be used to help you shape the dough into that perfect pizza shape before adding the toppings - a great way for beginners to learn how to make pizza. Simply spread the dough out on top of the disc for the desired shape and thickness before adding your toppings and placing it in the oven.
The aluminium disc conducts heat quickly and evenly, resulting in consistently excellent pizza every time. Not to mention the additional customers you’ll be able to serve because of all the extra dough you’ll already have rising waiting to be decorated with tasty toppings.

Hand washing is always recommended because washing aluminium in a dishwasher can damage the discs.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
