The aluminium Pizza Disc 10” is a really helpful piece of pizza equipment and would be welcomed in any restaurant, pub, or cafe wishing to add pizza to their menu. You can use the pizza disc as a cover to help your dough prove and rise. Using the disc for this method, you would need to ensure the disc you buy is larger than the base of your pan by roughly 2”/50mm. The disc allows pans to be stacked on top of one another, saving workspace when proving the bases of your pizzas in the pan.

The aluminium disc can also be used to form the dough once it has risen. Simply stretch out the dough on the disc to place it into the oven once the toppings have been added to ensure the dough is cooked thoroughly. Helping you to create the perfect pizza, every time.

The aluminium disc conducts heat quickly and evenly, shortening the cooking process of your pizzas allowing you to serve more customers each day.

Short on plates and crockery? Don’t worry. If need be, you could always serve or slice your pizzas on the discs for a more efficient service and to cut down on washing up time. These discs can also be stored away easily. They can be stacked on top of one another or placed into a plate rack to stack vertically.

Washing aluminium in the dishwasher can damage the discs, so hand washing is always recommended.

Always double check that your pizza disc is the correct size for your pizza pan.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
