For any restaurant, pub, or cafe that is wanting to add pizza to their menu, the 12” Pizza Disc is a must-have item of pizza equipment.
The pizza disc can be used as a cover to help your dough rise and prove. If you’re going to use the Disc for this method, a disc roughly 2”/50mm larger than your pizza pans base is recommended. The disc allows you to stack pans on top of one another while putting the dough into your pizza pans, the disc allows for others to be stacked on top of it, saving you valued worktop space and allowing more than one dough to be rising at any one time.
The aluminium pizza disc can be used to help shape the dough once it has risen too! Great for beginners or people wanting to cook pizzas perfectly at home. Before adding your toppings and placing it in the oven, simply stretch the dough out on top of the disc for the right shape and thickness.
The aluminium disc conducts heat rapidly and evenly, resulting in the perfect pizza, every time. Not to mention how many more people you will be able to serve thanks to the additional rising dough you’ll already have on hand stacked safely away.

They can be stacked on top of one another or placed into a plate rack to stack vertically.
Hand washing is always recommended because washing aluminium in a dishwasher can damage the discs.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
