Having an indoor entrance mat by the front door of your business or office helps to keep the interior clean and free of dirt and mud from the outdoors. The Stellar Indoor Washable Mat should be placed inside the door to trap any missed dirt or mud from the outdoor mat. This mat can be washed in the washing machine when necessary to remove dirt, stains and debris.
The pile gets deep in the soles of the shoes and boots to remove excess dirt and moisture that might have been missed using the outdoor mat. The fibres soak up moisture and help keep the floors dry. The mat measures 50 x 80cm, a great size to wipe feet on.
Perfect to act as a barrier between the outside dirt and mud and the inside of homes, restaurants, cafes and other businesses, this mat is sure to keep your floors protected and keep the dirt, grass and wet outdoors away from your clean floors and interior. It is recommended that you do not put this mat outside, but rather use it indoors.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
