Perfect for mobile catering and hospitality, this stainless steel insulated tea/coffee urn has a tap attached and holds 20 litres of liquid. The urn also has collapsible handles at either end, making it easy to lift and move the urn.
This hot beverage urn is great for catering to large crowds and events. The tap is great as it allows the guests to serve themselves, minimising the risk of spillage and burns that comes with a usual kettle.
The urn is also insulated, ensuring the drinks stay warm for a long period of time. This is great for guests who want to come back and get refills of the hot drink throughout the day. There is a lid atop the urn to keep it hygienic, ensuring nothing will fall into the drink.
Stainless steel is great for a multitude of purposes, including drink appliances and tableware. The stainless steel is rust-resistant and stain-resistant, therefore would work for multiple drinks as the steel will not stain. This means the urn will always look clean and new.
To clean your urn, simply wash it out with warm, soapy water. The outside can also be wiped down with a cloth to keep it clean and get rid of any stains from previous drinks.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
