In this 2ltr Kilner Round Clip Top Jar, you can keep your food fresher for longer or use it to pickle and preserve chutneys, jams, and a variety of different fruits and vegetables.
This Kilner jar, made of food-safe tempered glass, is a must-have in any business or household kitchen. The food-safe glass will not absorb odours, flavours, or stains, so you can count on this jar to be ready for whatever you choose to put in it!
When used in front-of-house displays, the crystal-clear glass allows you to immediately see when a refill of items is required, as well as allowing your customers to see what you have available, keeping your establishment looking professional at all times.
The orange silicone seal used on the airtight jar is made from natural rubber and contains no chemicals. It is an important feature of the jar since it ensures that the contents will stay fresh for longer without turning mouldy and helps to prevent bacteria from getting inside. The airtight seal is reinforced with a metal locking clip, ensuring that the contents remain completely fresh.
With a capacity of 2 litres, this large jar is ideal for producing larger batches of food and reducing the need to purchase multiple smaller jars. For context, the size is roughly similar to 8/9 regular jam jars.
Even though this jar is dishwasher safe, we would always recommend only washing it by hand to keep it in its best condition for longer and allow it to fully dry before you next use it. Over time, the orange seal may need replacing, you can find a link to these rubber seals below.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
