You can pickle and preserve chutneys, jams, and a range of fruits and vegetables in this 2ltr Kilner Square Clip Top Jar and keep your food fresher for longer much more easily.
This Kilner jar, which is made of food-safe tempered glass, is a must-have in any commercial or home kitchen. The food-safe glass will not retain odours, flavours, or stains, so you can be confident that whatever you put in it will be fresh and long-lasting.
The crystal-clear glass used is perfect for front-of-house displays, not only helping you to see when a refill is needed but also letting your clients easily see what you have available, keeping your business looking professional at all times.
The airtight jar's orange silicone seal is made of natural rubber and contains no chemicals. It's a vital component of the jar since it keeps the contents fresher for longer and stops them from becoming mouldy by preventing bacteria from getting inside. A metal locking clip reinforces the airtight seal, ensuring that the contents stay entirely fresh.
This huge jar, with a capacity of 2 litres, is great for making larger amounts of food and minimising the need to buy many smaller jars. To put it in perspective, the size is roughly equivalent to 8/9 conventional jam jars.
Even though this jar is dishwasher safe, we recommend washing it by hand to keep it in the best condition possible and drying it well before using it again. The orange seal may need to be replaced over time; a link to these rubber seals is provided below.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
