Cast iron sole plates ensures an even heat throughout the oven with accurate temperature control using heavy duty control knobs with strengthened shafts designed to last.

Gas units feature Blue Seals unique Vee Ray technology which incorporates patented infrared burners for industry leading output and recovery. All Blue Seals fryers are available with either mechanical or digital controls. Digital controls offer precise temperature control, three product timers per pan and time and temperature digital display.
