The Araven FIFO (first in, first out) ingredient bins are designed for perfect storage and optimum food preservation with maximum hygiene and the strictest control of raw materials. This container is equivalent to a 2/3 gastronorm pan, and has a capacity of 16 litres.
Ingredient bins are ideal for storing food with very low levels of humidity such as nuts, pasta, rice or flour. The Araven FIFO container closes to keep contents protected to avoid humidity getting in and spoiling the contents.
The ingredient storage bin should be located in a dry and well-ventilated location away from sources of heat and moisture. The container is made from durable plastic that can handle the occasional knock, as expected in busy kitchens, and is easy to keep clean.
FIFO bins are easy to access with two openings. The top lid is for filling the container and the front lid is for removing ingredients. This facilitates the correct rotation of food ensuring that the oldest food or ingredients are used first.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
