The Aluminium Pizza Dic 17” is such a multifunctional piece of pizza equipment that it will help you organise your kitchen and give you more time to produce wonderful pizzas every day.

The pizza discs’ primary function is to cover the dough in your pizza pan as it proves and rises. After placing the dough in the pan, the disc lets you stack pans on top of one another, allowing you to prove numerous doughs at once. If you are going to use the disc for this method, make sure the disc is at least 2”/50mm larger than the pizza pans' base.

You can also use the pizza disc to assist you in getting the pizza the correct shape. A great way to teach people only just starting their pizza-making journey. Simply stretch the proved dough out onto the top of the disc to the right size and thickness before adding the toppings and placing it in the oven to cook the perfect pizza.

Aluminium has been used in the design of this pizza disc as aluminium ensures quick and even heat distribution, shortening cooking time and ensuring no hot spots occur, leaving your customers with a perfect mouthful each time they take a bite.

Don’t be concerned if your pizza has attracted more customers than you have plates. These discs can be used to slice and serve your pizza on too if need be, not only speeding up your service but also minimising clean-up time. These discs can also be stored away easily. They can be stacked on top of one another or placed into a plate rack to stack vertically.

Aluminium can get damaged in the dishwasher, therefore washing by hand is always recommended. Always double-check that the pizza disc is the correct size for your pan.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
