Tenderising means breaking down the tissue and fibres in the meat to soften the texture making it more succulent and flavourful, perfect for cheaper cuts of meat. Add this aluminium meat hammer to your kitchen utensil drawer so you never have tough, chewy cuts of meat again!
This aluminium meat hammer has a textured side that pierces the meat as you strike it as well as a flat side that flattens the meat so that it cooks evenly. Not only does the hammering motion soften the meat, but the spikes create pockets that allow marinades and seasonings to penetrate further into the meat too, creating a tasty cut of meat every time.
Constructed of strong and durable aluminium, this meat tenderiser will not let you down. The entire item is constructed of one piece of metal aluminium and so there are no joints where meat can get trapped and go off making this a hygienic piece of kitchen equipment. The long handle is nicely balanced and has a handy hole in the very tip to allow you to hang it to store. Alternatively, you could always place this in your utensil drawer for when you need it.
To wash your meat hammer, wash well with hot and soapy water and ensure it is fully dry before you use it again. Do not use a dishwasher as this will damage the material over time.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
