The Wüsthof Partner 9cm Paring Knife is a compact and versatile kitchen tool designed for precision cutting, peeling, trimming, and detailed food preparation. Ideal for professional chefs, catering environments, culinary students, and home cooks, this small but highly capable knife offers exceptional control for delicate tasks where larger knives may be less practical.
Designed with comfort in mind, the knife features an ergonomic handle that provides a secure and comfortable grip during use. Its lightweight, well-balanced construction helps reduce hand fatigue while enhancing control and safety, particularly during prolonged preparation sessions.
Crafted from high-quality German stainless steel, the blade is engineered to deliver outstanding sharpness, durability, and corrosion resistance. Precision sharpening ensures a keen cutting edge that glides effortlessly through ingredients, helping to maintain accuracy while reducing preparation time.
Featuring a 9cm precision-ground stainless steel blade, the knife is perfectly suited to intricate preparation work. Its compact size allows for greater manoeuvrability when peeling fruit and vegetables, trimming herbs, hulling strawberries, deveining prawns, or creating decorative garnishes. The pointed tip also makes it ideal for detailed cutting and precision scoring tasks.
Despite their compact size, paring knives are one of the most frequently used knives in the kitchen. Their versatility makes them an indispensable tool for everyday preparation work, complementing larger chef’s knives and utility knives within a complete knife collection.
WÜSTHOF is a seventh-generation, family-owned company that has been crafting premium knives for over 210 years in Solingen, Germany - a city renowned for centuries as the “City of Blades”. Here, traditional craftsmanship meets state-of-the-art manufacturing to produce knives of exceptional quality.
