Ideal for serving a wide range of desserts, the Duralex Lys Clear Glass Plate will suit any dessert parlour or restaurant, looking to impress customers with its attention to detail. It is ideal for larger desserts, such as cakes, but would work well for almost anything given its versatility.
The plate is tempered glass and Duralex products are 2.5 times stronger than ordinary glass. If the glass product breaks through strong shock, Duralex shatters into smaller pieces, reducing the risk of injury. Duralex plates are dishwasher and microwave safe.
The plate measures 19cm around, making it ideal for desserts and dishes, such as cakes and chocolate dishes. The see through element of the plate makes it unique, allowing customers to see their meal fully, adding drama and flair to the meal.
Duralex products are also easily stackable, which is convenient to save storage space. There is constant quality control that guarantees built-in durability to ensure Duralex products maintain their look and quality for many years.
Do not use metallic sponges to wash your glass plate as it will ruin the finish. For removing hard stains, try using vinegar and soaking your plate.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
