- Hygienic and contact-free plating
- Made from stainless steel and plastic
- Durable and ergonomic
The Deglon Push & Pull Serving Turner is an innovative kitchen tool designed to simplify serving and plating in busy professional environments. Combining a traditional turner with a built-in push mechanism, it allows chefs to transfer food cleanly and efficiently using just one hand.
At the core of this tool is the Push & Pull system, which enables you to pick up food and release it onto the plate using a simple thumb-operated lever. This eliminates the need for a second utensil, making plating faster and more efficient. The integrated push plate allows food to be released without direct contact, helping maintain high hygiene standards. It also ensures precise placement, which is especially useful for presentation-focused dishes.
The flat, wide stainless steel blade is ideal for lifting and serving a variety of foods, including fish fillets, burgers and grilled items, vegetables and sides, as well as baked goods or delicate portions. Its design provides excellent support, reducing the risk of food breaking during transfer.
Perfect for restaurants, catering, buffets, and banqueting, this tool helps streamline workflow by combining lifting and releasing into one motion, saving time and improving consistency. Made from stainless steel for the blade and plastic for the ergonomic handle, this tool is both durable and easy to handle.
