The Deglon Push & Pull Serving Fork is a clever, professional-grade serving tool designed to speed up plating and improve hygiene in busy kitchens. Part of Deglon’s innovative Push & Pull range, it allows chefs to serve food efficiently using just one hand, freeing the other for sauces, plating, or multitasking.
This fork features a built-in retractable pusher mechanism, operated by a thumb trigger. Once food is secured on the fork, a simple press gently slides it onto the plate without needing a second utensil. This enables faster, smoother service and keeps the workflow efficient. The Push & Pull system is designed to minimise direct contact with food, improving hygiene standards. The mechanical push action allows food to be released cleanly onto the plate without touching it by hand.
The fork features two pointed stainless steel tines, shaped to create internal pressure that holds food securely in place, ideal for meat portions, roasted vegetables, melon slices as well as plated items. This ensures stable handling from pan to plate.
Made from stainless steel for the blade and ABS for the ergonomic handle, this fork offers excellent durability and ease of handling. The handle offers a comfortable grip that is designed to prevent fatigue during extended use of the fork.
