The Deglon High Woods Carving Knife 22cm is a refined, high-performance knife designed for clean, precise slicing of meats and large dishes. Combining a long, narrow blade with premium materials, it delivers excellent control and presentation when carving.
The 22cm blade is ideal for carving roasts, poultry, ham, and large cuts of meat, allowing you to create long, uniform slices in a single motion. Its narrow profile reduces drag, helping preserve the texture and appearance of the meat during cutting. The knife features a full tang with a stainless steel bolster, ensuring strength, stability, and excellent balance. This construction improves control during carving, making it easier to achieve precise, consistent results.
Crafted from stainless steel, the blade delivers a dependable combination of sharpness, corrosion resistance, and durability. With a hardness rating of 55–57 HRC, it maintains a consistent cutting edge while remaining easy to sharpen and maintain. A standout feature of the High Woods range is its distinctive handle crafted from white oak and walnut wood. The ergonomic, diamond-shaped design provides a comfortable and secure grip, while adding a stylish, natural finish to the knife.
While perfect for meats, this knife is also suitable for slicing large cakes and pastries, cutting lasagne or layered dishes, as well as portioning cooked foods for service. Its long blade makes it ideal for any task requiring smooth, uninterrupted cuts. To maintain the wooden handle and blade quality, the knife should be hand washed and dried immediately after use. Dishwasher use is not recommended.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
