The Cooksmill brown handled 8.5” (21.5cm) cooks knife is for use with root vegetables. Colour coded kitchen knives prevent cross contamination between cooked and uncooked foods as well as allergens. The brown cook’s knife can be used for slicing and dicing carrots, potatoes, swede, parsnips as well as many other kitchen tasks.
A cook’s knife is an essential in all commercial kitchens. It’s designed to perform a range of tasks from chopping and slicing to crushing and carving. If you only have one knife in your kitchen the cooks knife is the one to have.
The Cooksmill filleting knife is made with a hard wearing stainless steel blade with excellent cutting performance and sharp edge retention. The brown plastic handle is ergonomically designed to be comfortable to handle with an excellent grip protecting you from the blade.
Cooksmill colour co-ordinated chopping boards are also available to ensure complete food safety. These are available in high density chopping boards for the busy commercial kitchen and low density coloured chopping boards. Using colour coded chef knives together with their corresponding boards helps to prevent potentially harmful bacteria from spreading across preparation areas.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
