Do you have trouble getting your pizza crusts to have that perfect thin and crispy finish? The Aluminium Pizza Pan Perforated 1" Deep / 10" Diameter can help you achieve that goal.
A perforated pizza pan is the greatest option if you and your customers want a light and crispy pizza crust. A smooth pan allows less heat to reach the pizzas dough, resulting in much more of a moist crust once cooked. A perforated pan on the other hand allows more heat to be distributed up and through the holes into the dough, creating a thin and crispy pizza crust.
Unlike other materials such as cast iron, aluminium conducts heat swiftly and evenly, resulting in a significantly reduced cooking time while maintaining consistent results. And no need to worry about the crust becoming soggy after the pizza has come out of the oven. The holes allow moisture to escape even when the pizza is resting so the moisture doesn’t get absorbed back into the crust.
The walls of the pan prevent the crust from overflowing, allowing the pizza to maintain its trademark shape whilst also reducing food waste.
When your pizza is cooked and ready to serve, the pan may easily double as a serving dish; simply take it to your customers table along with a pizza slice and let them serve themselves for a more communal eating experience. This would also allow you and your staff to wait on your customers needs and expectations more easily, or free you up for more time to help out with all your incoming pizza orders in the kitchen.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
