Do you want to make pizza a part of your menu? Or maybe you already provide pizza but want to be able to fulfill more orders in less time?
Making tasty pizza demands precise dough proofing, which has now never been easier than with the Aluminium Pizza Disc 22”. The pizza disc is such a versatile piece of pizza equipment that it will not only help you produce the best pizzas but will also help you organise your kitchen and in turn, make more pizzas every day.
The discs' primary function is to keep the dough covered and away from air whilst it rises and proves in the pan. After placing the dough inside the pizza pan, the disc lets you stack other pizza pans on top of each other, allowing you to prove numerous doughs at once. You will need to ensure that the disc is at least 2”/50mm larger than the base of your pizza if you’re planning on using this method.
The disc can be used to help you get the perfect pizza shape too. If you’re new to baking pizza, this is a great way to start. To use the disc in this way, simply stretch the already proved dough to the required size, shape, and thickness onto the top of the disc before adding toppings and baking it to perfection.
The aluminium disc distributes heat evenly and quickly, cutting cooking time and reducing hotspots, so you know that your customers will be satisfied with every bite they take. Don’t be worried if all of your delicious pizza leaves you with fewer plates either, these discs can be used to serve your pizza on too if it is necessary and they can also be used to slice the pizza on safely as well.
The discs are so easy to store. They can be stacked vertically on top of one another, or vertically in a plate rack.
As dishwashers can damage aluminium, cleaning the disc by hand is recommended.
Always double-check that the pizza disc is the correct size for your pan.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
