Do you want to include pizza on your menu? Maybe you already offer pizza on your menus, but you'd like to be able to fill more orders much faster? Proving dough is an integral part of creating the most consistent and delicious pizza and it has never been easier than with the Aluminium Pizza Disc 18”.
This pizza disc is such a versatile piece of pizza equipment that it will help you organise your kitchen and allow you more time to make amazing pizzas every day.
The main purpose of the pizza discs is to keep the dough in your pizza pan covered as it proofs and rises. The disc allows you to stack pans on top of one another after placing the dough in the pan, allowing you to prove multiple doughs at once. If you are going to use the disc for this method, make sure the disc is at least 2”/50mm larger than the pizza pans' base.
You can also use the pizza disc to help you achieve the right shape for your pizza. An excellent technique to teach someone only just getting to grips with making pizzas. To use the disc in this way, simply stretch the already proved dough out onto the top of the disc to the desired size, shape, and thickness before adding the toppings and baking it to perfection.
The pizza disc is made of aluminium, which enables quick and even heat distribution, reducing cooking time and eliminating hotspots, leaving your customers with a perfect mouthful every time they take a bite.
If your delicious pizzas have attracted more customers than you have plates, don’t be worried! These discs can also be used to slice your pizza on and if necessary, to even serve from, cutting down on both the time it takes to serve and the time it takes to clean up. The discs are also really easy to store away. They can be stacked upon one another, or stacked vertically in a plate rack.
As dishwashers can damage aluminium, cleaning the disc by hand is recommended.
Always double check that the pizza disc is the correct size for your pan.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
