The Aluminium Pizza Cover 15” will help you with both organisation and proving your dough to perfection!
A pizza cover will help keep the air out of the dough, enabling the yeast to work its magic and make your dough rise.
While the dough is in the pan, the cover is placed on top with the help of the indented rim to trap the dough inside and allow the fermentation of the yeast to start working. The handy indentation allows you to place another pan on top of the pizza cover without the fear it will slide off. Not to mention the fact that this method allows you to have more than one dough rising at any one time, making your prep time shorter and therefore, service much quicker once the dough is ready.
Cleaning by hand is always suggested as washing aluminium in a dishwasher can damage it.
The size and shape of the pizza cover make them very easy to store once you’ve finished using them too. Simply stack on top of one another or alternatively, stack them on their side in a plate rack. Saving you space on the countertop for when your dough is ready for you to add your delicious toppings.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
