Any busy commercial kitchen would appreciate the addition of the Aluminium Karahi & Lid. Large in size and constructed of robust, long-lasting aluminium. When it comes to Indian tableware, this is a go-to.
Karahi (also known as Kadai or Kadhai) is a classic pan used in Asian cuisine that is comparable to a wok. In particular, India and Pakistan.
A sturdy and durable aluminium pan, similar to a wok but with a flatter base to guarantee a more equal and rapid heat distribution to its contents; this means shorter cooking time for you or your chefs and less possibility of food burning or hotspots, enabling you to spend more time tending to your guests.
The pan was created with large dishes being cooked all in one pan in mind. Its high sides ensure that you can stir and combine all the ingredients together without the fear of spillages or wasted food. The pan can be used by professional chefs and amateurs alike.
The heavy-duty handles are a welcomed addition, particularly for people newer to cooking. The aluminium cover keeps food hot until it's time to serve it, making it a wonderful addition to any Indian restaurant or takeout, as well as any business or household that appreciates creating curries and rice dishes.
