The thermometer clip is a key tool for baristas when it comes to brewing coffee. The clip holds a thermometer (not sold with this clip) firmly in place when it's placed in a milk frothing jug, and keeps the thermometer from slipping into the jug. This clip is cost-effective, but still an incredibly important tool for coffee shops.
Ensuring that the milk is at the right temperature is key when it comes to coffee-making. If the milk is too hot or too cold it will ruin the drink. For professional coffee makers, baristas and coffee shops, milk frothing thermometers are a key tool to keep their coffee shop up to scratch.
The thermometer clip should be hand washed for a quick and thorough clean. If you are using the same clip for different jugs, ensure the clip has been thoroughly cleaned to prevent cross-contamination between different types of milk, and milk alternatives. Made from steel, this clip is durable and can handle high heat.
