High‑capacity blending, mixing and texture‑modification for demanding commercial kitchens. The Robot Coupe Blixer 20 V.V is engineered to support operations where high output and versatility are crucial, such as institutional catering, hotels, hospitals, and large-scale food‑production units. With its variable speed control, oversized bowl and robust build, this machine meets the needs of chefs and food‑service professionals preparing large volumes of soups, purees, sauces or texture‑modified meals.
The Blixer 20 V.V offers variable speed from 300 to 3,500 rpm, enabling precise control over texture, from coarse to ultra‑fine processing. This flexibility means you can adapt to different consistencies, whether you’re working with raw, cooked, sweet or savoury ingredients.
Durability is built into the design. The machine includes a fine serrated stainless steel blade assembly, a Blixer arm and scraper system to ensure even processing of thick or sticky mixtures, and a polycarbonate see‑through lid with feed opening for monitoring and ingredient addition mid‑cycle. All working parts are made for intensive use and easy disassembly for cleaning.
It is equipped with a 20‑litre stainless steel bowl with ergonomic handles, designed for large batch processing (15‑65 portions of 200g) while maintaining safety and ease of handling. The rear handle adds mobility when cleaning or repositioning. The motor included is an induction design, built for heavy commercial workloads, offering reliability, reduced maintenance and consistent performance in demanding environments.
Blixers are versatile and powerful kitchen appliances that combine the functions of a blender and a food processor. These machines are essential tools for any professional kitchen, providing a quick and efficient way to prepare a wide range of food items, from smoothies and soups to sauces and dips.

Warranty
1 Year Back to Manufacturer Warranty
All warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the equipment. Back-to-base warranty means that the equipment must be returned to the manufacturer’s address for repair. You, the customer, will cover the cost of sending the equipment back to the manufacturer. Please ensure your equipment is well packaged, as neither Cooksmill nor the manufacturer can accept responsibility for damage in transit.
The manufacturer will repair your equipment free of charge except in circumstances where the fault is due to misuse, operator error or failure to follow the conditions of the warranty. If the fault is found to be outside of the warranty terms, you will be liable for all charges. Please contact Cooksmill for the correct address details for the manufacturer of your equipment.
All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer. For full manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, please contact Cooksmil, who will assist you.
Leasing
Cooksmill is pleased to offer leasing in partnership with Kennet Equipment Leasing.
Leasing is available on orders over a value of £1,000 excluding VAT.
How Does Leasing Work?
Leasing is an alternative method of payment which protects your cash flow. You pay a monthly sum to Kennet Leasing instead of paying the total cost in one go. This means you can get the equipment you need now.
Is There a Tax Benefit?
All lease payments are treated as an allowable business expense and therefore attract tax relief for the full duration of the lease. Your accountant will be able to confirm this.
What Happens at The End of the Lease?
At the end of the agreement you can own the goods for one extra monthly payment.
What are The Costs?
There is a one off document cost of £130+vat with no annual service fees. Your repayments will depend on the value of the goods and how long you have been trading.
