The Prodis JET100 Gravity Drain Hood Dishwasher is a high-performance, pass-through dishwashing solution designed to meet the rigorous demands of restaurants, hotels, cafés, and catering operations. With a fast cycle time, generous loading clearance, and robust stainless steel construction, the JET100 delivers exceptional cleaning power and durability, shift after shift. Ideal for establishments without access to pumped drainage systems, the gravity drain model offers a simple, cost-effective solution while maintaining the outstanding wash results Prodis is known for.
Designed for installations with suitable floor-level drainage, the gravity drain system simplifies setup and reduces maintenance costs with a smooth and reliable wastewater flow with no need for an integral drain pump, perfect for kitchens with low-situated waste outlets.
The vertical lift hood allows for easy loading and unloading of 500mm x 500mm baskets, reducing strain on staff and speeding up the cleaning process. Perfect for double-sided workflows and for use with tabling and sink setups. Built with durable stainless steel inside and out, the JET100 is made for heavy-duty use in demanding environments. Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.

All warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the equipment. Parts only warranty means that you must cover the cost of the engineer, and the manufacturer supplies the parts only free of charge. All work must be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer, and proof of qualifications may be requested before parts are dispatched by the manufacturer.
