The Churchill Raku Quartz Black Jug holds 10oz of milk, making it the perfect size to accompany afternoon tea and hot beverage serving. The jug can be used to accompany afternoon tea and hot drink services, but also for desserts and other dishes where sauces or milk might be needed.
It's made from Churchill's Super Vitrified china, known for durability, heat retention, and resistance to chipping. This is key for busy locations that would see frequent use of the jug. It is also dishwasher and microwave safe. Please note, the jug may look slightly different than the photo, this is because each piece of crockery is unique and finished with a glaze.
Taking inspiration from Quartz gemstones, the Raku Quartz Black range features highlights and detailing of black against a white backdrop. Each product in this range is unique and will have a slightly different finish. Raku Quartz Black is a part of Raku, a range in the Studio Prints collection inspired by the traditional glazing process known as Raku firing.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
