Isla is a contemporary and intricate design inspired by textures and shapes typically found along the seashore. The Isla range was designed for hospitality environments and each item is microwave and dishwasher safe. Each item was also fully glazed with a superior glaze finish, which enhances the product's performance, and hand-finished with accent colours, catching the light beautifully on each item.
The beverage pot holds 30oz, making it great for serving drinks to customers. It measures 15cm tall. There is an added handle at the side of the pot which makes it easy to lift and pour the drink, minimising the risk of spillage. The lid at the top also helps to keep hot drinks, such as tea and coffee, warm while serving.
The modern and elegant embossing on the pot only adds to the beautiful detailing of the product.

Delivery
Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
