Do you have trouble getting your pizza crusts to have the correct chewy texture? These pizza pans are heavy-duty and long-lasting, and they'll be a welcome addition to any restaurant or pizzeria looking to perfect their thick-crust pizzas.
Hand tossed pizzas contain fewer air bubbles in the dough since it is handled for a longer period of time, resulting in a crispier crust. However, because the dough is handled less with the use of a pizza pan, all of those air bubbles remain behind, resulting in a thick, spongy result.
Because aluminium permits heat to flow around the pan more quickly, your cooking time will be reduced, giving you more time to prepare more dough for future orders or even allowing you to focus on your clients' requests.
The pan's deeper sides and shallow rim keep food from spilling out or overflowing, preventing food waste that might otherwise occur with other methods.
Although gently greasing the pan is always recommended to ensure your bakes slide out easily, the easy release surface prevents food from adhering to the bottom during cooking. For an added surprise, try adding some spices and herbs to the oil before making your pizza and experiment with different flavours.
Even though these pans have a hard anodised coating, cleaning by hand is always recommended as using a dishwasher can damage the aluminium over time.
Simply stack these on top of each other once they have dried thoroughly and store in the kitchen cupboard to save you space.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
