This reusable Aluminum Pizza Pan Anodised is a must-have for any business, pizzeria, or family interested in learning how to make pizza. For those who want a chewier, thicker crust on their pizzas, a pizza pan is a must-have.
Because the dough is handled for a longer period of time, hand-tossed pizzas have fewer air bubbles in the dough, resulting in a crispier crust. When using a pizza pan, however, because the dough is handled much less, all of those air bubbles stay behind, contributing to the thick, spongy outcome.
The pans are composed of solid anodised aluminium for better heat dispersion and consistently beautifully baked pizza. Because aluminium permits heat to flow around the pan much more quickly, your cooking time will be significantly reduced, giving you more time to either prepare more dough for future orders or even allowing you to spend more time focusing on your customers' needs and expectations.
The pan's deeper sides and shallow rim keep food from spilling out or overflowing, preventing food waste that could otherwise occur with other methods.
Although gently greasing a pan is always advisable to ensure your bake slips out easily, the quick-release surface of the pizza pan helps to prevent food from adhering to the bottom during cooking.
Despite the strong anodised coating on these pans, washing by hand is always recommended because dishwashers can harm the aluminium over time.
It's also easy to put away once you've finished! After they've dried completely, stack them on top of each other and keep them in the kitchen cabinet.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service.
All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.
Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition. Please note you are required to arrange the transport of the return to us and cover any cost associated. We recommend that you use a tracked method to ensure this reaches us. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered packages. Please also put a note containing your order number in the package with the items.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.
Special Orders In the event that an item ordered is not currently in stock, or if the quantity ordered exceeds our standard inventory levels, a restocking fee may be applied. This fee covers the costs associated with procuring and handling the special order. The restocking fee will not exceed 30% of the total value of the affected items. By proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
