With an impressive 100 litre capacity and generous 50 x 50cm dimensions, this stock pot is ideal for preparing soups, stocks, broths, sauces, and bulk dishes in restaurants, catering operations, and food production environments.
Constructed from premium stainless steel, the pot offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long-lasting performance, even under intensive daily use. The robust design ensures even heat distribution, helping achieve consistent cooking results when preparing large quantities of food.
A key feature of this model is the integrated tap, which allows for safe and convenient dispensing of liquids directly from the pot. This eliminates the need for heavy lifting or decanting, improving both efficiency and safety in busy kitchens—particularly when handling hot stocks or large volumes of liquid.
The large capacity and deep design make it ideal for batch cooking, while the sturdy construction ensures it can handle the demands of high-volume service. The smooth stainless steel surface is also easy to clean, supporting hygiene standards in professional environments.
Part of the Series 1100 range, this stock pot is designed with practicality and performance in mind, offering chefs a reliable solution for large-scale cooking tasks. The Paderno Series 1100 Stainless Steel Stock Pot With Tap 100L is an essential piece of equipment for any commercial kitchen requiring efficiency, durability, and safe handling of large quantities of food.
