The Arcoroc Islande hiball glass has sophisticated lines that create an ultra modern and distinguished table setting.

The Islande range is slender and elegant, it looks great in modern venues that are looking to create a contemporary look. The shape and design of the glass makes it great for tasting spirits, serving up cocktails or for serving fruit juices and sodas.

Made from extra resistant fully tempered glass the hiball will give great service in even the busiest bar or restaurant. Should the glass break the safety glass breaks into small shards that are not sharp to the touch.

Arcoroc Fully Toughened Glass

The Aroroc fully toughened / tempered glass ranges offer an increased life span of up to 15 times longer than standard glass. They offer increased strength, thermal shock resistance and safer breakage patterns. All this ensures true added value to any venue and business.

Savings in terms of budget and restocking costs:

A fully toughened glass can be up to 5 times more resistant than an item that has not undergone any specific treatment process.

Fully toughened products are resistant to variations in tempera-ture of 135°C:

They can thus be removed from the oven (or from a salamander) and placed directly in cold water without the risk of breakage.

Completely safe for service:

When a shock or series of shocks manages to rupture the exterior shell of the fully toughened glass, the resulting broken glass shards are not sharp to the touch.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
