Do you have trouble getting the perfect texture and crisp finish on your pizza crusts? This is when the 11" Aluminium Pizza Screen comes in handy!

A perforated pizza screen is the perfect option if you and your customers want a light and crispy pizza crust. More heat is transported up and through the perforations of a perforated pan to the dough, resulting in a thin and crispy pizza crust every time.

Aluminium, unlike other materials like cast iron, transmits heat swiftly and evenly, allowing you to cook in less time while maintaining consistent results. You'll have more time to focus on your consumers' demands and less time in the kitchen.

There's also no need to worry about the crust becoming soggy after the pizza has been removed from the oven because the perforations allow moisture to escape while the pizza is resting, preventing it from being absorbed back into the dough.

Cleaning and storing it is also a breeze. Because dishwashers might cause the aluminium to corrode, it's preferable to clean it by hand. The screens stack neatly on top of one another to save space in the kitchen when not in use.

Delivery

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Please be aware that orders may come in separate deliveries from different locations within the Cooksmill fulfilment centres.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
