A fish lifter is used to lift and turn fish when cooking it. It can be used for a range of fish, including fish shop fried fish, fish in a pan, and oven-cooked fish.

The design of the tool allows for the fish to be lifted and turned, without tearing the fish. Fish can be tricky to lift and turn as the flaky body is prone to falling apart and tearing. This fish lifter allows for the fish to be moved while minimising the risk of breakage while cooking.

The added holes at the bottom of the lifter allows for any grease or oil to fall out the bottom. This is especially useful when the fish is ready to be served, and you want to transfer the fish from the pan to the plate with minimum spillage.

The handle makes it easy to lift and use, and allows the cook to move the fish from a safe distance and minimising oil and grease splashback.

Stainless steel is great for cutlery as it doesn't rust or stain. For a tool like this fish lifter, stainless steel is best as it will last the rigorous tests of the hospitality industry. Stainless steel is also dishwasher safe. For a deeper wash, this fish lifter can be hand washed with warm, soapy water.

Free delivery on all orders over £60 (ex vat) and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (UK Mainland excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.

Orders under £60 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Fast Courier Service. 

All deliveries are kerb side only by our courier partners.

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase a stock item online that you want to return then you can send it back to us within 28 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

Special orders and orders of appliances may incur restocking charges from the manufacturer. This can be up to 30%.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a replacement.

If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately. We require images of the broken item and the packaging within 48 hours of the goods being signed for to process your claim.
