The Blue Seal Turbofan E33D5 is a powerful, compact, and versatile digital convection oven designed to deliver consistent, high-quality cooking performance in demanding commercial environments. With its 5 x GN 1/1 tray capacity, advanced digital controls, and robust fan-assisted convection system, this oven is ideal for bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and professional kitchens that need reliability, flexibility, and precision.
This oven is built around a spacious cooking chamber that holds up to five full-size GN 1/1 trays, each spaced 85mm apart. This generous capacity makes it exceptionally well-suited for high-output environments such as restaurants, bakeries, or catering kitchens, where multiple dishes need to be prepared at once. Whether you're roasting meats, baking pastries, or batch-cooking meals, this oven allows for efficient, simultaneous cooking without compromising quality. The removable tray racks also make cleaning easier and offer flexibility for different pan sizes.
A standout feature of the E33D5 is its high-performance bi-directional fan system with reversing airflow. Unlike conventional convection ovens that circulate hot air in a single direction, this model alternates fan rotation to ensure consistent heat distribution throughout the oven cavity. This innovation eliminates hot and cold spots and delivers even cooking results across all trays, whether you're baking delicate croissants or roasting vegetables. It also significantly reduces the need to rotate trays during cooking, saving time and ensuring consistency in professional kitchens where precision matters.
The digital control panel offers intuitive operation and precise settings, putting full control in the hands of the chef. With accurate electronic temperature regulation between 50°C and 260°C, programmable cooking modes, and an integrated timer system, it’s easy to repeat results and manage workflow. The addition of manual moisture injection enhances cooking flexibility by improving moisture retention during baking, ideal for items like bread and pastries, where crust and crumb are important.
Our range of convection ovens is a revolutionary type of cooking equipment that has become an essential tool for chefs and home cooks. Unlike traditional ovens that use radiant heat, convection ovens rely on a powerful fan to circulate hot air around the food, ensuring even and consistent cooking.

Warranty
Manufacturer's 2 Year Parts and Labour Warranty
All warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the equipment. Parts and labour mean that an engineer from the manufacturer will attend your site. In some instances, the manufacturer may require a phone call prior to the visit to ascertain the nature of the fault.
The manufacturer will repair your equipment free of charge except in circumstances where the fault is due to misuse, operator error, or failure to follow the conditions of the warranty. If the fault is found to be outside of the warranty terms, you will be liable for all charges.
All gas equipment must be installed by a suitably qualified gas safe engineer. Manufacturers reserve the right to confirm the gas safe registration number of your installation engineer. Failure to follow the correct installation will void your warranty. Gas equipment used in mobile catering may only be covered by a parts-only warranty.
All hard-wired electrical equipment must be installed by a suitably qualified electrician. Failure to follow the correct installation will void your warranty.
Please note warranty excludes consumables such as bulbs, glass, knobs etc.
All warranties are at the discretion of the manufacturer. For full manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions, please contact Cooksmil, who will assist you.
Leasing
Cooksmill is pleased to offer leasing in partnership with Kennet Equipment Leasing.
Leasing is available on orders over a value of £1,000 excluding VAT.
How Does Leasing Work?
Leasing is an alternative method of payment which protects your cash flow. You pay a monthly sum to Kennet Leasing instead of paying the total cost in one go. This means you can get the equipment you need now.
Is There a Tax Benefit?
All lease payments are treated as an allowable business expense and therefore attract tax relief for the full duration of the lease. Your accountant will be able to confirm this.
What Happens at The End of the Lease?
At the end of the agreement you can own the goods for one extra monthly payment.
What are The Costs?
There is a one off document cost of £130+vat with no annual service fees. Your repayments will depend on the value of the goods and how long you have been trading.
