The Sammic PS-12 mincer is ideal for anyone wanting to mince up to 100kg of meat per hour. The body and hopper are constructed from stainless steel ideal for use in a commercial kitchen.
The motor is sturdy and ventilated to stop it from over heating in a busy environment. The mincing head is designed to give a perfect cut over time to produce the best sausages, burgers and mince delivering consistent results and reducing waste.
One 6mm diameter mesh plate is included with the mincer. Other mesh plates are available in the following sizes; 4.5mm, 6mm and 8mm. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Returning items purchased online
If you purchase an item online that you are not happy with then you can send it back to us within 30 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.
If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for a collection and replacement.
If you receive any damaged items please email us immediately and we can organise a refund for those items or replacements to be sent out. We may require proof of damage.
Free delivery on all orders over £50 and up to 30kg. Applies to UK mainland (excl. Highlands and Islands) and items held in stock only.
Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 +VAT for delivery. All orders are dispatched with a Next Working Day Service with Parcel Force.

Manufacturer’s Back to Manufacturer Warranty
All warranty is covered by the manufacturer of the equipment. Back to base warranty means that the equipment must be returned to the manufacturer’s address for repair. You the customer will cover the cost of sending the equipment back to the manufacturer. Please ensure your equipment is well packaged as neither Cooksmill nor the manufacturer can accept responsibility for damage in transit.
The manufacturer will repair your equipment free of charge except in circumstances where the fault is due to misuse, operator error or failure to follow conditions of the warranty. If the fault it is found to be outside of the warranty terms you will be liable for all charges. Please contact Cooksmill for correct address details for the manufacturer of your equipment.
