The Blixer 6 VV has a polycarbonate lid which has been designed to allow the chef to add liquids or other ingredients during processing. The scraper arm ensures that no food is left on the sides of the bowl and is easy to dismantle and clean.
Inside the Blixer is a detachable fine serrated blade assembly made from stainless steel to puree solid foods such as breads, vegetables and meats. The speed of the Blixer ranges from 300 to 3500 rpm for great flexibility of use and preparation choices.
The Blixer range is used in hospitals, nursing homes, creches and restaurants. It can be used to puree whole meals for elderly, young people or those with special needs. Blixers are quick, efficient and simple to use and give a finished product that retains all the goodness and flavour of the pre liquidized food.
