Certain products we sell are age-restricted under UK law. This means we are legally required to take reasonable steps to confirm that customers purchasing these items are 18 or older before completing a sale.

How we verify your age
To make the process quick and secure, we use OneID, a trusted digital identity service that verifies your age using information provided by your bank or identity provider. This allows you to confirm your age without needing to upload documents or share unnecessary personal information.
When you choose to verify your age using OneID, you will be redirected through a secure verification process. We only receive confirmation of whether you meet the age requirement needed to complete your purchase.

Delivery of age-restricted products
Even after your age has been verified online, UK law requires an additional age check when your order is delivered.
For this reason, orders containing age-restricted products are sent using 18+ delivery services provided by trusted delivery partners such as DPD. The delivery driver may request proof of age on delivery to confirm that the recipient is 18 years or older.
If suitable proof of age cannot be provided at the point of delivery, the driver may be unable to complete the delivery.

Our age verification process is powered by OneID, a secure digital identity service that helps businesses confirm customer age using trusted data sources. OneID allows customers to verify their age quickly and securely while helping us meet our legal responsibilities when selling age-restricted products.
You may see the “Powered by OneID” logo displayed during the age verification process to indicate that the verification service is being provided by OneID.
