Delivery and Returns

Returning items purchased online

If you purchase an item online that you are not happy with then you can send it back to us within 30 days of the sale and we will refund the value of the items that we receive back in resaleable condition.

If there was a picking error and you received incorrect items we will arrange for the collection to take place at our cost.

If you receive any damaged items please contact us immediately and we can organise a refund for those items or replacements to be sent out. We may require proof of damage.

Special order items (not stocked in store) are subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%.


Free delivery on all orders over £50 (Excluding VAT) and up to 30Kg. Applies to UK mainland and items held in stock only.

Orders under £50 are charged at £6.95 delivery. We only offer a next day service via APC.
